However, it doesn't have to be a costly experience to put you in contact with debtors or tenants who are avoiding their responsibilities.   We are able to carry out a trace and locate service to find your missing person. 

Our service is based on a No find no fee basis so it’s cost effective for you.

Company and directors search

Before opening or giving credit it is imperative that you know your potential clients.  We have the facilities to obtain information that will help you decide whether to give credit or not.  All reports are email to you within 48 hours

Tenant verification checks

Successful Landlords know that Tenant Verifying is "the" most important task when letting any property.  Check your prospective tenants previous history.  This report includes a credit and CCJ check to allow you make a decision on the credit worthiness of your new tenant.

Occupancy verification

After completing any of the above checks, we are able to personally verify  that any data is correct by visiting the address and confirming any details.

UK Identity Checks

Year on year, identity fraud continues to grow.  With the correct customer and employer checks carried out your business will not be part of this growing area. 

We need the minimum of information from you to carry out a check on a persons’ identity.  We do need their permission though.

Credit account checks

Before giving credit to anyone, allow us to verify any information you may have been given.  We can check previous employment history, previous address history and even check references.
