We are able to verify information by a personal visit to the address.  We specialise in occupancy verification visits.

We can deliver important documents to other solicitors, clients and the courts.  We can also offer affordable local process serving.

Legal documents are by their very nature extremely confidential items requiring a dedicated, confidential and secure method of transport when they cannot be faxed or e-mailed.  We will deliver important documents to the local courts, and a full report will be sent once the document has been delivered.

In the case of some legal documents, it may be required that the document is signed and witnessed and then returned back to you.  Where possible the documents will be delivered to your offices, or your clients on the same day as it is collected.  Where this is not possible the documents will be delivered as soon as possible the following day.  For reasons this service is only available in the local area.
