Business to business debt collection

We utilise various methods of collecting the outstanding balance. Should our in house collection fail, we pass your debt across to our trained doorstep collection agents and, if after three doorstep visits we still have not collected your debt, we will gladly advise a solicitor who will be able to continue revering your debt through the courts. All of our visits and paperwork will help with bringing a successful prosecution.

Business to consumer debt collection

With consumer debts our procedures are slightly different. We still send letters and if necessary one of our trained doorstep collection agents, but we do allow easier payment methods, including collecting an agreed sum weekly from the debtors property. This prevents the need for further legal costs.

Utility debt
We have a wide range of experience within the utility debt collection sector, and have worked for all the major gas and electricity suppliers carrying our a wide range of visits dependant on the suppliers requirements.

Doorstep collections

Our field agents are specially trained to deal face to face with debtors and so we offer a home collection service to recovery any outstanding debt. In addition to being an integral part of our collection process, we retain clients that specifically use us for our home collection service alone. Our doorstep collectors are all smartly dressed and carry official identification, with photograph, at all times.

Dispute Resolution

You may be unable to recover a debt because of a dispute, perhaps relating to quality of goods supplied or a debtors alleged dissatisfaction with a service you have provided. We have dedicated account managers who oversee each case and seeks to apply the principles of dispute resolution and arbitration with the objective of resolving such matters without the need for a formal legal process.

Due to demand, we have added specialist services to Solicitors.  We are able to deliver documents to courts, other solicitors, or clients.  Documents are secure at all times whilst in transit.  Signatures for delivery can be obtained if necessary. Tracing

Whether it be a client, customer, company or tenant we are able to carry out a track and trace check to locate people.  Are you thinking of giving a credit account to a company.  Before you do, wouldn't it be good if you could find out about that company and its directors.  You may be letting a flat and wish to find out about your prospective tenant.  A debtor may have absconded owing you money.  You may be searching for a client.  These are all reasons for using our track and trace service.

Services to landlords

We can now carry out property inventory checks and property inspections.  Whether it be a check in, check out or interim inspection we can carry out a full professional inspection of any property.  Our fully detailed reports include imbedded digital photographs to compliment a description of the property and its contents.
