One of your collectors called.  What should I do?
I cannot afford to pay the complete balance in one go.  What can I do?
The person whose address is on the letter no longer lives at the address?
How do I pay a debt?

Q. One of your collectors called.  What should I do?

A. The collector would have left a letter.  On that letter there are contact details for the collector.  Call or text the mobile number and the collector will explain what you should do next.

Q. I cannot afford to pay the complete balance in one go. What can I do?

A. We offer payment arrangements on all our debts.  Please either call the offices or the agent whose number is on the letter that was left.

Q. The person whose address is on the letter no longer lives at the address?

A. You should contact us immediately to prevent further action.  You may be asked to show proof that you are the new occupier.  A utility bill addressed to you will suffice.

Q. How do I pay a debt?

A. We have various methods of payments.  The agent who called will explain payment methods to you.  We accept online payments, cash, cheques and postal orders.  Please contact our offices for details.
