We utilise various methods of collecting the outstanding balance. Should our in house collection fail, we pass your debt across to our trained doorstep collectors. If after three doorstep visits we still have not collected your debt, we will gladly advise a solicitor who will be able to continue recovering your debt through the courts. All of our visits and paperwork will help with bringing a successful prosecution.  We will be able to advise you on whether further legal action will result in a positive outcome.

With all business debt we always add interest and costs to your outstanding balance at laid down in ‘The Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002’.  This gives all businesses and the public sector a statutory right to claim interest from all businesses and the public sector on debts incurred under contracts agreed after 7th August 2002. We are a professional debt collection and recovery agency, and we are licensed by the Office of Fair Trading and comply with Debt collection guidelines laid down by the office of fair trading.  We are also registered with the Data protection act, and whilst we are not members of the Credit services association, we follow their guidelines and will register when we meet their  terms of trading for one year.
