About DS Debt Collections

DS Debt Collections was formed as a debt collection, recovery agency and credit control company. We launched in April 2010 when the principals identified a niche in the market to provide a professional and competitively priced Debt Collection Service.

The joint owners of the business have many years experience in the debt collection field. We have work experience covering many areas, and thought the time was right to venture out on our own, and offer a service to our clients that was second to none. With the experience gained in working for other companies, we thought we could do better. Most companies are only focused on certain services in certain areas. All of our services have been designed from the clients point of view and our business in entirely client focused. We consider ourselves an extension to our clients business, and their business always comes first. Most businesses have spent years gaining trust of their customers and involving a debt collection company can and often does, harm these relationships. We try to keep these relationships which is why we are polite but firm in our negotiations with the debtors.

The core business of DS Debt Collections will always be in the field of pre litigation debt collection and recovery, but we also offer other services such as property inspections for landlords, document collection and delivery for solicitors, and enquiry services to various bodies.
